A new ministerial council to provide high level advice on regional issues will have a prominent Mid-North Coast professional in its midst.

Director North Coast TAFE, Elizabeth McGregor, is one of 11 professionals chosen by regional Australia minister Simon Crean to provide advice to inform national policy.

Also acting chair of Regional Development Australia (RDA) Mid North Coast Ms McGregor is one of three RDA representatives to be appointed to the ministerial council.
