Visitors to the Northern Rivers Career Expo on the 3rd and 4th of May this year will be able to find out about an even wider range of career opportunities and study options than ever before at the North Coast TAFE stands.
Staff members will operate four stands and be involved in the Try-a-Trade exhibits and will make available to visitors information and activities focused on business, primary industries, tourism, hospitality, health, fitness, automotive, carpentry, hair, beauty and many other areas.
“Our brand new 50-page Careers and Program Guide
will be released at this Expo, which means that anyone considering career paths, career changes or even starting a business will be able to access valuable, current and relevant information,” said North Coast TAFE’s Director of TAFE Services in the Richmond region, Lindy Kemp.
High school students are catered for specially – our VET in School Consultants will provide information on our popular TAFE-delivered Vocational Education and Training courses, and the 2013 TVET Guide
will be available as well,” added Ms. Kemp.
“So come and see us at our stands and collect the very latest in career and study opportunities from our helpful and knowledgeable staff.”
The Expo will be held in the Lismore City Hall on Bounty Street and is open from 9.30 am to 6 pm on Thursday and 9.30am to 2pm on Friday.
