On Thursday, 24 November 2011, Kingscliff TAFE will be hosting “Toy Pixels” - an exhibition of works from the 2011 Diploma of Graphic Design students.
Craig Elliott, acting Head Teacher Creative Industries, said; “Toy Pixels will showcase the work produced by the 2011 Diploma of Graphic Design graduates. The exhibition features a dynamic and engaging selection of work across the spectrum of graphic design media, such as publishing, illustration, visual identity, photographic, screen and web design”.
The exhibition is the culmination of two years study, which has encompassed Certificate IV and Diploma.
Kingscliff Diploma of Graphic Design student Ian Furber is thrilled with the opportunity to exhibit his work to family, friends, piers and the community. “It’s a great way to showcase the work that we have spent a year developing,” Christopher said.
“The quality of work on display here reflects the high level of dedication and commitment by the students. It highlights creative graphic design solutions and innovate approaches by students in the areas of print and digital design,” Craig said.
“Toy Pixels” will open on Thursday 24 November 2011 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in G Block, Kingscliff TAFE, Cudgen Rd, Kingscliff. Everybody is welcome.
