"2010 saw new benchmarks set for North Coast TAFE, with a clear focus on the five strategic outcomes in our 2007-2010 Charter delivering results across the board. We worked hard to put ‘Customers first’, and those customers - learners and employers - reported increased levels of satisfaction with our services. Flexibility, customisation and accessibility featured consistently in that satisfaction. Behind all of the statistics are many stories of human achievement and organisational effort, which together provided a great foundation for us to launch our 2011-2013 Charter, which is included at the end of the report.
