 Annual report

2011 was a great year. Customer satisfaction remained high - with 96% of our learners and 92% of employers expressing satisfaction with our services – and it was particularly pleasing to record a notable increase in workplace delivery: 15% of our delivery was on-the-job in 2011, significantly up from 9% in 2010. Results like these are testament to the commitment of all our staff in putting the customer at the centre of everything we do. Additionally, our partnerships with private enterprise, universities, community and all levels of government on the North Coast have delivered many mutually beneficial outcomes.

This Annual Report provides further details about many of these partnerships and shares a number of case studies of individual students, staff and our business and community partners.
