This course is for people who want to enter the electrotechnology industry.

The course covers competencies at work entry level providing grounding in safety and basic skills and knowledge for work in many electrotechnology disciplines.

Pre Requisites:

You need to be a student enrolled in a High School and completing Year 10, the HSC or Preliminary year to apply for this course; however, there are no formal educational requirements for entry.

Costs - TAFE NSW Fee:
There is no TAFE fee for NSW government school students, as NSW government schools have a state-wide arrangement to pay TVET costs directly to TAFE and do not pass these costs onto their students. Non-government schools and schools outside NSW also pay TVET costs directly to TAFE, but some schools may require their TVET students to pay additional fees to the school to contribute to the cost of TAFE-delivered courses.
