We can help you… recognise your staff’s existing skills

Have you got great staff with loads of experience but they don’t necessarily have the right ‘piece of paper’?

We can formally recognise the skills your employees have gained on the job by awarding them credit in a TAFE NSW course.

Depending on their experience, your staff may be able to gain a whole new qualification, or, if there are gaps in their skills, we can work with you to develop a customised training program to fill these.
